What is the most important fact about our team?
Is it the many years of experience and high competence that come together? Is it the vast network, each of the team member has, that can make the difference to get things done? Or is it simply because we permanently employ people instead of hiring them on a case by case basis?
It is certainly all of it together but what is most important, that we know and trust each other for a very long time!
Sven Dupke
Sven is founding partner and shareholder in Seagull Aviation. As group COO he actively manages the day-to-day operation and is key account to many customers. Sven started as licensed mechanic and served lastly as CTO in an international airline group.
Andreas is the founder and owner of Seagull Aviation GmbH and serves as the group President. His professional background is engineering and he held CEO and other top management positions in various companies from the aviation industry.
Andreas Wobig
Grit Wobig
Grit is the Managing Director of Seagull Aviation GmbH and takes care about all administrative work for the group. Her professional background is more humanitarian and she is definitely the `heart and soul´ of the company.
Virgilijus Pliaukštė
Virgilijus is founding partner and minor shareholder in Lithuania in Seagull Aviation UAB. His background for its role as Senior Consultant and Quality Manager is from his various positions as graduated and licensed engineer in aviation industry.
Domas Šimkūnas
Domas is founding partner and minor shareholder in Lithuania in Seagull Aviation UAB. His background for its role as Senior Consultant and Accountable Manager is from his various positions as graduated Aeronautical Mechanics Engineer in aviation industry.
Romas Markovčinas
Romas is founding partner and minor shareholder in Lithuania in Seagull Aviation UAB. His background for its role as Senior Consultant is from his various positions as BSci in Aviation Technology and Management.
Peter Kappelmayer
Peter joined Seagull Aviation in 2019 and previously worked for many years as Head of Engineering in an airline. He is definitely one of the most experienced project leader you can imagine for your projects. Peter holds a degree in process engineering.
Dirk Bohms
Dirk joined the group in 2019 and before headed a mid-size MRO after gaining vast experience as licensed engineer and Maintenance Manager. In its role as Senior Consultant and Physical Representative he is very much the backbone of our Part-145 organization.
Raik Heitmann
Raik joined Seagull Aviation in 2019. He has a strong background as licensed engineer and holding the special permission from German LBA (Prüfer Klasse 4), he was Engine Shop Manager and therefor qualifies as our most experienced BSI specialist.
Tomas Janciura
Tomas joined us in 2020 and acts as Senior Consultant and Head of Powerplant Engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Mechanics Engineering and worked many years on different positions in aviation industry.
Joerg Maron
Joerg joined Seagull Aviation in 2020 and previously was working as COO and Accountable Manager for an independent Part-145 MRO. His 40 years of experience as a licensed engineer speaks for itself and is the basis for his role as Physical Representative and BSI expert.
Bogdan Urbanski
Bogdan joined us as one of the first team member in 2019. His extensive background comes from various positions in Airline Engineering/CAMO and his license as certified engineer. Bogdan is one of our LDG and structure specialists. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Henrieta Maizunite
Henrieta joined Seagull Aviation in 2020. She worked in different airlines in engineering, records and spares department.
Henrieta holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering.
Haralds Purins
Haralds joined Seagull Aviation in 2020 as preferred freelancer.
Reinis Briedis
Reinis joined Seagull Aviation in 2020 as preferred freelancer.
Freimut Kissig
Freimut is a retired former colleague. His many years of experience in powerplant engineering in an airline environment paired with insights into engine shop makes him a extremely valuable addition to Seagull Aviation.
